Position: Store Officer


Job Descriptions

• Proper record and documentation of materials in the store
• Follow up outstanding item requisition
• Prepare "Goods received Note" (GRN) for every item purchased
• Prepare and submit monthly report on store activities
• General supervision of all activities in the store
• Make requisition to purchasing department for stock replenishment
• Ensure safe keeping of materials( quantity and quality)
• Responsible for the entire Stores Operations and ensuring availability of stock for operational purposes
