Position: Lead Project Controller
Responsibilities
As the Lead Project Controller you will have the following responsibilities:
Cost Controller:
- Able to Forecast.
- Able to provide assistance with mitigation plans.
- Use of Oracle.
- Able to take estimate develop CBS (WBS) for cost tracking from the proposed estimate.
- Able to use Earned Value.
- Self-starter and can work independently.
Scheduling:
- Knowledge of Primavera
- Complete understanding of CPM Scheduling methodology
- Develop a detailed EPC schedule
- Create Histograms and S-Curves from the schedule and cost data
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 and spreadsheets, with database capability would be an advantage.
- Relevant Degree or appropriate experience.
- A pro-active approach to solving problems and getting the job done.
- Excellent communication skills.
