Role Summary/Purpose: This PGS Productivity – Lean Black Belt will drive quality improvements and process cycle time reductions by applying Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology, and by championing the use of metrics and data to drive region performance. You will work with business leaders to proactively drive measurable process improvements, identify and deliver strategic operational benefits, and both actively support quality needs incorporated into business rhythms and champion specific focused improvement efforts
Essential Responsibilities -Lead, organize, direct, and report the execution of Field Services Gas, Steam, and Generator Lean outage events to meet PS productivity targets through coordinated events with Field service TA’s, Craft Labor, Parts, Engineering, PAC, Repair Services, Performance Services, subcontractors, vendors and tooling centers
-Maintain up to date summary of regional FS outage events through: program measurements and estimates, close coordination with Project Control for tracking and cost and productivity savings
-Structure process improvements and programs that directly impact Power Services transactional productivity and Contractual productivity – responsibilities include process rigor and financial updates for the CS catalog
-Become Black Belt certified and Lean Qualified
Job Qualifications/Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
-Minimum of 5 years Field Services Operational Experience in Power Services

-FEP Graduate
-Proven ability to manage / supervise teams
-Demonstrated success in meeting financial and fulfillment responsibilities for multiple projects
-Strong facilitation skills are mandatory to meet Lean event timetables
-Strategic and clear thinking to translate discrete and complex ideas to business driven results
-Strong verbal and written communication skills and influencing skills
-Strong business acumen coupled with technical knowledge

Role Summary/Purpose: In this role you will provide support for multifunctional groups to ensure 100% compliance in all cases. You will also be a one stop shop for all enquiries revolving around exceptions and ensure processes are complied with. You will also be the internal auditor for all PIB company internal structure cases.
Essential Responsibilities • To provide advice and requisite interpretation of the Nigerian Content Law
• Liaise with all the involved P&L’s to prepare and monitor GE’s Nigerian Content Plans in compliance with local laws for all the proposals submitted by GEION or PCSNL
• Liaise with the all the involved functions, in particular Legal, HR, Sourcing and Finance, in ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Act
• Assist the Sales and Business department in maintaining competitive advantage in adding value to the Nigerian content policy
• Demonstrate high profile and visible leadership by example and communication with teams
• Demonstrate commitment to projecting the company to NAPIMS, DPR, NNPC and NCD Monitoring Board
• Liaise with Quality, Compliance and HR in ensuring that GE complies with expatriate quota obligations
Job Qualifications/Requirements: • University Degree. Masters qualification is an added advantage
• Sound knowledge of the Nigerian Local Content Law and P.I.B.
• IT literate
• In-depth understanding of the Oil and Gas Legal Regime
• Interface with government regulatory agencies
• Familiar with proposals preparation and/or project management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• At least 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
• Similar role in Nigeria Content Development/training

• Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and achieve project goals/milestones
