Job Summary:
• Elicit and compile business requirements from Customers
• Map requirements to functionality
• Plan and determine estimated time and effort for execution of solution
• Develop SOWs for each project or project phase
• Provide high-level consulting services in support of Account Executives and Customers
Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience with architecture design, consulting, and deployment services for one or more of the following Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft System Center, Microsoft SharePoint Server and Microsoft Lync
• MCSE/MCITP highly preferred
• Travel to Customer sites for Project Kickoffs, Discovery, Assessments and Roadmapping
• Address Customer questions from Customers and/or Account Executives
• Work in a globally deployed team environment
• Maintain a high level of involvement with current technologies and innovations
• Manage enterprise level Customers and Customer Requests with a professional and positive attitude.
Minimum Degree: Bachelors
Experience: 3-5 years
