Graceco Limited, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Position: Account Clerk

Job Description

  • Perform accounting and clerical functions, track and resolve accounting problems.
  • Record transactions and key daily worksheets to a general ledger, support accounting personnel, input type vouchers, invoices, account statements, reports and other records, match invoices with sales orders, contact individuals with delinquent accounts and carry out bank transactions.
  • Account clerk in a supporting role.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in English language, all Microsoft office suites including excel, must be able to take the initiative and work without supervision.
  • Must possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.
