TRITHEL's first engagements, in 1992, were from two, prominent, Nigerian companies namely CAKASA Nigeria Company Limited (CSNL), a foremost oil and gas services and engineering firm (popularly regarded as the BECHTEL of Nigeria), and the National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS), subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), charged with the responsibility of overseeing the upstream sector of the Nigerian Oil industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Position: Confidential Secretary

Job Description

  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Arranging & maintaining of records and confidential files of the company.
  • Diary management duties will include, coordinating diaries, prioritizing and resolving conflicting diary appointments.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the day-day schedule and activities of the Executive Chairman (EC).
  • Competent and accurate preparation of letters, reports, documents and presentations for projects.
  • Travel when necessary to set-up and co-ordinate workshops.
  • Perform other duties as identified and assigned by the Executive Chairman.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings and travel
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree/HND Secretarial Studies
  • Age: 25-35 years

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Travelling aptitude.
