Position: Field Sales Executive


Job Description

  • Conduct quality face to face in-home or in office sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs, wants, and desires and match with company products and diplomatically handle interactions with potential customers.
  • Reconcile daily sales order with cash deposits and maintain documentation of sales orders.
  • The field Sales Program is designed to approach potential customers with the aim of earning their new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve established sales goals and quotas.
  • Work independently and efficiently.
  • Any other legal task as assigned on the job.
  • They will also be responsible for making repeat sales to existing customers.
  • This position allows unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions as directed by management.

Skills/Attributes:

  • Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a stable work history.
  • Maintain proper appearance/attitude at all times to represent the company in the community.
  • Must have basic mathematical and computer skills.
  • Proficient time management skills and ability to prioritize.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of proven sales experience.
  • OND in any discipline.
  • Knowledge of medical terms will be an advantage.
