Position: Creative Director 

Responsibilities

• Sourcing suppliers
• Selecting, buying and trimming of fabrics,
• Adopting existing designs for mass production.
• Supervising the making up of sample garments.
• Must have good production concept.
• Making sketches by hand or on the computer.
• Developing patterns
• Overseeing production.
• Analysing trends in fabrics.
• Quality control.

Requirement

• Applicant must be a B.Sc/HND holder

Skills:

• Must have good technical skills in areas such as pattern, cutting, grading and garment construction.
• Must enjoy following trends in fashion and clothes.
• Must be a risk taker in thinking outside the box in creativity.
• Good communications skills to explain ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Must be Creative
• Must have eyes for colour, texture and pattern.
• Must have the ability to visualize things in 3 Dimensions.
• The ability to meet deadlines and work within a budget.
• Business skills and commercial awareness.
• Good negotiating skills when selling products.
• Strong organizational skills.

Working hours are 6am - 6pm but must be prepared to work longer hours when preparing samples or collections for fashion shows.
