We provide information through the provision of literature, workshops and seminars to individuals, families, communities, employers and society as a whole. As advocates for lifelong education, NCNL targets clients from 0 to 70 years of age.

We are recruiting to fill the position of: 

Position: Personal Assistant to the MD

Job Description

  • Seeking a mature super-efficient PA who is discreet, flexible, self-motivated, proactive and above all, articulate.
  • Use of social media, CRM database and Microsoft Office Suite a must!
  • Should be able to think on his/her feet and be calm under pressure.

Duties

  • Organising travel and preparing itineraries
  • Conducting research on the internet
  • Writing reports, executive summaries, newsletters
  • Handling boss’ correspondence
  • Handling calls and queries
  • Diary management
  • Taking minutes as required
  • Preparing presentations, preparing papers for meetings
  • Sourcing and ordering office supplies and equipment
  • Managing projects and staff where required
