We are in need of a suitable candidate for the position below:

Position: Receptionist/E-marketer

Job Responsibilities

  • To deliver internal mail and personal documents services
  • To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
  • Creating your company’s an annual strategic plan as it relates to email, while ensuring that it is aligned with overall company goals.
  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner at all times
  • Handling correspondence of a confidential nature and ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • To receive and direct visitors
  • To maintain a front desk visitor’s register
  • Ensuring the email program aligns with strategies and tactics across channels: social, mobile, web, search engine marketing, retargeting, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of OND or equivalent in a reputable institution.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the same field
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Good people management
  • Must reside in Lekki/Epe axis
