Position: Field Section Manager Job Description
Develop new business- creating new sub-distributors, wholesaler,new markets in the area of coverage,
Manage existing sub distributors, wholesale and markets in coverage area
Manage overall performance of the sales rep
Train sales reps in various locations
Drive 100% SFA usage
Achieve 100% Coverage and distribution.
Qualification
Minimum HND/BSC in Marketing or related discipline.
Minimum 4 Years Experience in sales in FMCG Company.
