Position: Mechanical Engineer (Crusher, Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, Utilities & Pack house)
Department: Mechanical
Reports to: Section Head
Subordinates: 6-10
Relations: Internal (All departments)
External: Contractors, suppliers, manufacturers
Job Summary
- Responsible for maintaining all plant machinery in such conditions that helps achieving the targets by carrying out planned maintenance , repair activities and maintenance programs at high quality and low cost.
Duties and Responsibilities​
- Allocate the means of and procedures for repair after receiving information for trouble shooting or any repair.
- Implement on job training regularly for mechanical technicians.
- Prepare the daily mechanical job plan.

- Assign activities in accordance with other maintenance teams.
- Ensure the work quality and provide information & solution while repair.
- Achieve optimal availability of production equipment.
- Allocate the means of and procedures for repair after receiving information for trouble shooting or any repair.
- Implement on job training regularly for mechanical technicians.
- Prepare the daily mechanical job plan.
- Prepare monthly mechanical report.
- Share in preparation of the yearly budget plan.
- Prepare a yearly performance report.
Education
- B.Sc from Engineering, Major - Mechanical
- Knowledge and specific Experience:
- Min 2 to 6 years of experience in the same field
- Technical Skills:
- Experience in cement production process Machines, tools worked with Measurement tools
- Interpersonal & Management Skills:
- Communication, leadership
- Prepare monthly mechanical report.
