Position: General Support Executive
Job Description
Provide Front line support via email, live chat and telephone.
Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues when customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Requirements
Good Communication skills
Proficient in Computer skills
Applicants must have at least OND
Have basic knowledge of computing and Internet. (compulsory)
Degree in Computer science or related field
Web development knowledge will be added advantage
