Position: Bancassurance Associate
Group: Retail Sales
Reporting to: District Manager
Unit: Bancassurance

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively manage relationship with both new and existing bank customers
• Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of policies to promote sales of insurance plans
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage and maintain weekly, monthly and all required sales reports
• Ensure receipt and conversion of referrals to sales
• Seek out new prospects and develop clientele base via networking
• Develop sales through effective identification and analysis of the financial/insurance needs of prospective Clients
• Prospect for new clients through lead generation, referrals and relationship with bank staff
• Any other tasks as may be assigned by the DM and Head, Bancassurance

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum HND/ Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

Compensation
By a combination of salary and commission.
