Our hotel, 30 rooms is located in Port-Harcourt and we are looking for a dynamic and sales focused professional who has a relentless drive to deliver more than just results.

Position:Hotel Manager

The applicant will have ultimate responsibility of the overall operation of the hotel and must have had experience in similar hotel overseas or high quality hotel in Nigeria . 

Duties

• Providing the hotel owners with regular reports on the hotels operating objectives and fiscal performance.
• Aggressively managing all the independent revenue and expense areas to ensure profitability.
• Aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
• Using hotel resources to maximize guests' satisfaction and optimize revenue.
• Representing the hotel in the market place and develop relationship with key accounts.
• Developing and implementing staff training programs

Qualifications

• A minimum of B.Sc or HND (Upper Credit) in Catering and Hotel Management.
• 10 years experience in Catering and Hotel Management.
• Membership of relevant professional association will be an advantage.
