A high capacity and leading farm is looking to fill two key positions of Farm Manager and Marketing Officer.
POSITION: Farm Manager
Specifically, candidates for the Farm Manager position must:
- Have at least seven years of experience in other leading farms.
- Be able to meet monthly production targets.
Candidates applying for the Positions should:
- Have leadership qualities.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, have positive work ethics and be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Be visionary.
- Be hardworking and motivated to face and overcome challenges.
- Have a minimum of Higher National Diploma qualification with Upper Credit in relevant field.
POSITION: Marketing Officer
Candidates for the Marketing Officer position must:
- Have experience in promoting and marketing agricultural produce.
- Be able to meet monthly sales target.
Candidates applying for the Positions should:
- Be self-motivated, have positive work ethics and be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Be visionary.
- Be hardworking and motivated to face and overcome challenges.
- Have leadership qualities.
- Have good communication skills.
