Bussdor Engineering Company is a subsidiary of Bussdor Group of Companies, made up of seven private limited liability companies, first of it was established in Nigeria by Oscar Igbokwe (JP) in 1989 to cater for the business needs of clients mostly in the oil & gas sector and government parastatals. Bussdor Engineering Company , a major subsidiary of the Bussdor Group of Companies, is an indigenous company providing premium services in the areas of procurement, supply, engineering and construction to oil & gas sectors and government agencies, Bussdor Engineering Company is among the seven group of companies started its operation on 16th of February 2015 in order to enhance Engineering construction both in oil & gas sector and civil structures in Nigeria.

Bussdor Engineering Company is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager for their Sales Department. manage all sales activity, escrow closings, marketing and merchandising and representation to the public.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage Sales and Marketing projections
Motivate and coordinate between sales, escrow, marketing, construction, product development and acquisition and mortgage
Resolve problems and/or issues pertaining to any department including buyers
Meet or beat set sales goals
Create new incentives for neighborhoods
Enforce company policies
Recruit and hire future sales representatives
Train and motivate the sales force
Realtor outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office presentations)
Work with the marketing coordinator/manager and Division Manager on advertising
Work with the agents on all marketing promotions
Grand openings and new phases
Competitive analysis on product, features and neighborhoods/amenities

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises ten to more than fifty employees in the Sales & Marketing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

Minimum of one yearsTraning certisfication/HND/BSc./MSc. in the field of business administration, marketing, construction science, and technical sales management.
Management requires a minimum of three years' in sales or construction experience.
