JOB POSITION: Head Mechanic (Oil & Gas)

Job Description

• Effectively repairs all Mack and Man- diesel truck.
• Monitor and help to evaluate the work performance of mechanics and mechanic helpers, offer recommendations on weekly, months and evaluations.
• Maintain an inventory of need parts and supply.
• Assist in upgrading mechanics’ skills and work performance through on the job training, task performance monitoring, and modeling techniques.
• Establish an efficient and effective system of routine automotive maintenance and preventive care. Establish and maintain cost and repair record system.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• Competency in the repair of Mack and Man Diesel Truck.
