JOB POSITION: Office Assistant

Main Responsibilities

He or she shall be expected to study and properly understand the nature of the company’s internal operations, know the responsibilities of each management and non-management staff and assist any of them in doing one thing or the other during working hours such as any of the following tasks: running photocopies of documents, receiving and dispatching official mails, searching for files as well as taking files from one office to the other for processing and performing any other task that may be assigned by the management.

General Requirements

All applicants seeking for this position are expected to possess a minimum of OND, NCE OR ND in any course.

JOB POSITION: Graduate Trainee

Main Responsibilities

Successful applicants for this position shall first undergo training on how to carry out their duties after which, their major responsibilities will include training, guiding and directing any newly recruited non-management personnel on how to carry out certain specific tasks in the office.
He or She shall also perform some other functions as may be directed by the management.

General Requirements

Interested applicants must possess First Degree/ HND in any course and must be computer literate.
Applicants awaiting result who know he/she can properly perform this function should apply.

JOB POSITION: Computer Operator

Main Responsibilities

He or She shall process and assess all the company’s files and documents and ensures that they are properly saved and protected.
He or She shall also perform some other functions as may from time to time be assigned by the management.

General Requirements

Having a practical experience will be an added advantage.

JOB POSITION: Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities

The Supervisor is expected to ensure that the company’s goods and services meet the specified quality and are of high standard.
He or she shall also ensure that each non management personnel report on duty on time and ensure that duties are carried out as required by the organization.
He or She shall also perform some other functions as may be directed by the management

General Requirements

Interested applicants seeking for this position are expected to possess a First Degree/ HND in any course and must be computer literate.
A minimum of two to three years experience in a similar position is required
