Job Position: Financial Advisor
Job Description
- Identifies customers financial needs.
- Sell various types of policies.
- Provides advice to the customer in wealth creation environment.
- Embed enduring long term relationships with clients, through supporting them in achieving their financial goals based on planning, advice and guidance.
- Generates list of prospective clients.
- Evolve sales strategies to compete with other insurance companies.
- Ensure renewal of policies.
Competence/Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Initiative and confident.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Must be professional, objective/customer eccentric.
- Must be a computer literate.
Minimum Qualification
- A first degree in any discipline or any social sciences.
