Job Position: Front Desk Executive

Job Description/Requirements

• Successful candidate would be responsible for manning our reception area, receiving and welcoming clients as well responding to enquiries.
• candidate must have a first Degree with prior experience on the role.

Job Position: Claims Assessor

Job Description

• Successful candidate would be responsible for the batching and vetting of hospital claims and reconciliation of provider accounts.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a Nurse with at least 4 years post qualification experience in a similar role in an HMO.

Job Position: Call Centre Agent

Job Descriptions

• Qualified candidates would be working in the call centre of a reputable HMO.
• Candidate will attend to call and give pre-authorization for care for our esteemed members.
• Staff would also be responsible for online enqiuires and queries.

Requirements

• Preferably candidate must have prior experience working in the call centre of an HMO or Telco,
• Must be a registered Nurse with at least 2 years working experience.
