Consultant Collaborative Partnership, is a multidisciplinary firm of Consultants in the Building Industry situated in Lekki, Lagos Nigeria.
Position : Project Mechanical Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare drawing list and project work plan.
Assist the design and production teams, review engineering content with clients and partners, direct day-to-day departmental requirements, plan and assign work and establish performance objectives.
Proactively lead constituted project teams and attend to all project administration and management works.
Resolve technical issues and establish patterns and practices for the department.
Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all client questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and escalate where necessary.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Assist with conducting training needs analysis and departmental/individual training on quality service standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support Project Engineers on-site with relevant information as may be required for optimal performance on site.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and be proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit for design and modeling system;
Be COREN and NSE Certified with a minimum of 7 year' s experience in Building Systems and infrastructure projects- HVAC, Lift systems, piping, fire fighting design systems, project supervision and management.
