ATB Techsoft Solutions Limited, is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below in its Abuja office:
Job Position: IT Pre-Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
- Providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
- Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants.
- Develop and deliver high quality standard ATB IT products (CISCO, Office 365, cyberoam, Sophos etc) presentation and demonstrations.
- Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall IT solutions
- Design, validate and present IT solutions to include advanced product concepts
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3 - 5 years work experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in one multi-user operating system
- Good knowledge of system and application design
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Self motivated
- Good knowledge of Abuja business environment will be an added advantage
