POSITION : Experienced Content Developer
Job Descriptions
Content developers are specialized web site developers or creative writers who have content generation skills such as graphic design, multimedia development, professional writing, and documentation.
Responsibilities
Evaluating and building upon communication strategies.
Understanding the attitudes and behaviors of target customers.
Fluency in major communications channels and ability to think and execute at the intersection of offline/online and paid/non-paid channels.
Knowing the basic technical possibilities of various communications channels.
Participating in and overseeing concept development in various communications channels.
Working with associates in brand planning/brand strategy to ensure that creative work is on strategy.
Developing ideas and messages to communicate and persuade at various points of contact with the brand.
Contributing ideas to how and where messages are delivered (not just what they say).
Presenting and defending the firm's content development work.
Assuring that the firm’s branded content work is relevant, engaging, and effective.
Actively seeking and selecting outside creative contractor resources, including visual designers, writers, Animators, etc.
Working directly with client managers, brand strategists, project managers, producers, and other associates on assigned projects.
Requirements
He/she must have the ability to:
Make every link/page, articles and the website Search engine Optimized
Create an effective target marketing
Understand Customer relation and re-marketing
Create awesome social media & digital marketing content for brands
Be Passionate about Social & Digital Media
Be hooked on to the latest developments on social media platforms
Conceptualize Creative Content for social media for a handful of brands for respective social media platforms
Be a content custodian to brands allocated to him/her.
He/she should:
Love all things creative and fancy
Be a good team player & a great leader
Know how to function bloody well under pressure
Be able to spot the needle in the haystack ever so often
Be in the know-how of popular trends, culture and all things ad!
Have kick-ass communication skills
Have at least one year experience of working as a content writer.
