Stresert Services Limited - Our client, a Cement manufacturing and concrete mix production, is recruiting to fill the vacant position of:
POSITION : Customer Relationship Manager
Qualification
B.Sc in any Social Science course
7 Years experience in Customer Service Management
At least 3 years leading a Call Centre Operations
Competency Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of customer service policies and practices
Proficiency in CRM system MS Office applications
Thinking analytical problem solving skills
Active listening skills and high stress tolerance level
Strong leadership capabilities
Organising, planning, and negotiation skills
Interpersonal skill
Remuneration
Salary range is 7,000, 000 - 9, 000, 000/annum
use ‘CRM’ as subject of mail.
