POSITION : Sales Executive
Job Description
Responsible for selling to walk in customers in a mobile phone retail outlet.
Approach and welcome customers with the aim of making a sale.
Listen to customers' needs and advise them appropriately on their choice of mobile devices.
Understand and demonstrate high level of customer care at all times.

Effective verbal communication skill.
Excellent customer care skill.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skill.
Excellent negotiation skill.
Self-driven and result oriented.
Sound product knowledge.
Great thinking and listening ability.
Education and Experience:
Experience with mobile phone sales is desired.
A University degree or HND in any discipline.
One year working experience in a sales executive/customer service role within a reputable organization.
Ability to use MS Office applications.
