We are an insurance broking firm repositioned to provide full service professional insurance advisory services with the objective of attaining market leadership in chosen core areas of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The desired skills set  training and experience of a suitable person for the position include the following:
  • BSC or HND in Insurance  Actuarial Science or related discipline.
  • Professional insurance qualification  - ACIIN
  • An MBA or Master in Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in the insurance industry with the Berger part in insurance brokerage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer relationship management training and or specific experience
  • People management training and or job related experience
