POSITION : Research Assistant
Job Description
We are a new technological start up with unique offering in great demand which seeks a dynamic Research Assistant who has strong passion for data compilation, statistical analysis, and market surveys.
The company's product offers huge competitive advantages, improved efficiency in market research, data capture and sales team productivity.
Objective
The Primary objective of your role as Intern is to work hand in hand with the Product Manager to create high customer value for our products and services, deliver measurable business benefits and create seamless and elegant product experiences that outwit the competition over a sustainable period of time.
Duties
Conduct market research as it relate to the company potential in the industries
Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
Designing questionnaires and to ensure the necessary data is captured
Create and implement methodologies and logistics in conducting clients’ need-based research
Coordinate with product manager on research design
Populate potential clients details on our database
Research on leveraging social media marketing, SEO/SEM, to optimise marketing activities

Job Requirements
A good Degree in Statistics or its related fields.
Must have completed NYSC
Strong relationship building skills, both internal and external
Must be a team player
Candidate should have a good understanding of business processes
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Results oriented, Resourceful and highly motivated
Clear communicator, written and verbal
