POSITION : Production Director 

Salary: Negotiable

You will be responsible for Maintenance management of plant and operations, production planning and implementation of HSE and ISO Standards. 

Experience & Qualifications

Graduate Engineer (preferably Electrical). Alternatively, Graduate Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience acceptable.
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, 15 years in manufacturing/assembly operations
Experience in manufacturing Plant/assembly line of at least 100 people
People leadership; Experience of handling HR & Admin issues
Manufacturing experience in meters and / or electronics products and / or electrical panels
MS Office Suite. Working with ERP Systems will be advantageous

POSITION : Test Engineer - Single Phase Meters (Lead) 

Salary: Negotiable

You will be responsible for Operation of Laboratory & Quality Assurance System and   Management of Test Equipment& Standards 
                                                                                                                           
Experience & Qualifications

Graduate Electrical / Electronics Engineer.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Testing Laboratory environment
Experience in dealing with Customer Inspections and Acceptance Testing
Experience of dealing with Government Regulators /Inspectors/Independent Laboratories
Preferable: related to electric/electronic products
Familiar with IEC Standards and their use
MS Office Suite. Working with ERP Systems will be advantageous

POSITION : Production Team Leader - Testing 

Salary: Negotiable

You will be responsible for Supervision, Troubleshooting and Improvements in Operations at the factory floor .You will Implement Manufacturing, HSE & Quality standards and instructions 

Experience & Qualifications

Graduate Engineer: 3 years in a supervisory position with 5 years in a manufacturing / assembly operations Alternatively, Diploma Engineer: 3 years in a supervisory position with 10 years in a manufacturing / assembly operations
Graduate Electrical / Electronic Engineer
Diploma in Electrical Technology1 also acceptable (with higher experience).
Experience in manufacturing Plant/assembly line of at least 100 people
Experience in dealing with workers / operators issues
Experience of implementing Manufacturing and Quality Standards successfully
Preferable: related to electric/electronic products and / or electrical panel building
MS Office Suite. Working with ERP Systems will be advantageous

POSITION : Quality Engineer 

Salary: Negotiable

You will be responsible for Implementing & maintaining all standards in the plant, Auditing and verification of QMS, ISO and other certification procedures, Quality Assurance Equipment and Tooling Maintenance and Training of workforce for Quality 

Experience & Qualifications

Graduate Electrical/Electronics Engineer Alternatively, Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Technology also acceptable (with higher experience)
Graduate: 3 years in a Quality department with 5 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment Alternatively, Diploma: 3 years in a Quality department with10 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment
MS Office Suite. Working with ERP Systems will be advantageous
Experience in dealing with Customer Inspections and Acceptance Testing
Experience of implementing ISO standards and other Product Standards,
Manufacturing and Engineering instructions in liaison with production operations (Preferable: related to electric/electronic products and/or panel building
Experience of statistical quality control/assurance concepts shall be an added advantage
Training experience for TQM & QA shall be added advantage
MS Office Suite. Working with ERP Systems will be advantageous

POSITION : Production Team Leader - General Assembly (Lead)

Location: Nigeria, Akwa Ibom

You will be responsible for controlling manufacturing process, Guidance to maintenance department for routine and preventive maintenance and Understanding of production efficiency concepts.

Experience & Qualifications

Graduate Engineer in Electrical/ Electronics  Alternatively, HND Diploma in Electrical/Electronic technology is acceptable.
Graduate Engineer: 1 year in a Quality department with 2 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment Alternatively, HND Diploma: 1 year in a Quality department with 5 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment
Experience in running manufacturing process
Knowhow of the maintenance of machines
Experience of Control/assurance concepts shall be an added attribute
MS Office Suite. Working with ERP Systems will be advantageous

POSITION : Processing Engineer (Inspection)

Salary: Negotiable

You will be responsible for controlling manufacturing process, Guidance to maintenance department for routine and preventive maintenance and Understanding of production efficiency concepts.

Experience & Qualifications

Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/ Chemical Alternatively, HND Diploma in Electrical/Electronic technology is acceptable
Graduate Engineer: 1 year in a Quality department 2 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment Alternatively, HND Diploma: 1 year in a Quality department with 5 years in a manufacturing/assembly environment
Experience of conducting physical inspection of in process parts/components/assemblies according to drawings & engineering instructions
Handling of test instruments
Experience of statistical quality control/assurance concepts shall be an added attribute
MS Office Suite. Working with ERP Systems will be advantageous
