Distinct Universal Limited - An indigenous Oil and Gas Company, an international law firm and a world class player in the entertainment industry require the services of people to fill the below position:

POSITION : Company Secretary/Legal Adviser

Job Description

  • A smart, energetic and reliable lawyer with in-house experience in downstream sector to fill the vacant position of a Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.

Requirements

  • A good grade from both University and Nigerian Law School
  • An LLM or Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years post call experience,
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools and the internet.
  • Excellent communication (written and Oral) skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally within short notice.
