EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT  JOB VACANCY IN HIIT PLC

JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO (EA2CEO)
JOB LOCATION: ABUJA

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure productive and conducive work environment for the CEO towards realizing company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Support the CEO in prospecting for contracts from all tiers of Government, MDAs and Corporate organizations and follow-up till success is achieved.
  • Ensures efficient and effective Admin support for the CEO’s office.
  • Accompany the CEO to official meetings and take minutes at CEO’s meetings.
  • Manage official delegated communications with all relevant, enterprise-wide.
  • Any other assignments as may be directed by the CEO.


QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of first degree from a reputable university
Must have between 2-3 years experience
