POSITION : Sales Associates

Job Summary

  • We are looking for result driven Sales Associates to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales targets and exceed client’s expectations.

Job Description

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Remain knowledgeable on app stores and discuss available options
  • Team up with coworkers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Develop strategies to increase profitability.
  • Keep abreast of market conditions.
  • Support management with creative ideas in identifying leads and securing new growth opportunities.

Qualification & Requirement

  • Must have completed a First Degree or equivalent from a reputable University.
  • Minimum of 1 year proven work experience as a sales associate or similar role.
  • Strong familiarity of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English, MsWord and MsExcel, Powerpoint.
  • Solid communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Working knowledge of customer and E-commerce market dynamics and requirements.
