POSITION : Windows Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

  • Upgrade of Microsoft Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 CU9
  • Provide High Availability and Redundancy on Messaging System
  • Email Archiving and Compliance.
  • Exchange Hybrid (Exchange 2013 on-premise +MS O365)
  • Windows Server Active Directory Upgrade
  • Upgrade of Windows Server to Windows Server 2012
  • Upgrade of System Center Configuration Manager.
  • Upgrade of System Center Operations Manager
  • Upgrade of Microsoft Windows Update Service Server

Skills:

  • Communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent)

Technical expertise in:

  • Personal computer set up and preparation for use (hardware and software)
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Microsoft operating systems (Windows Xp and above)
  • Microsoft Server Management
  • TCP/IP and other protocols
  • Various types of network switching equipment
  • LAN, WAN and various technologies that facilitate communication
  • Install, Manage and deploy radios
  • Microsoft Mail Clients

Requirements
In respect of the ideal candidate profile:

  • 4-5 years experience in a technical support role
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Services (or equivalent)
  • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Professional)
