POSITION : Assistant Farm Accountant

Job Description

• Supervise the computation of cost of production of egg for the determination of appropriate cost of sales on daily/weekly basis.
• Post all egg produced and issue/transfer to the system using the appropriate cost price.
• Supervise the invoicing of products sales.
• Make a daily reconciliation of the division’s ledger/control accounts.
• Make a daily reconciliation of all transaction listing as it relates to the division.
• Make a daily reconciliation of inter-branch/division, cash account & cheque control.
• Do daily call-over of all invoices and receipt issued to confirm that they are appropriately posted, and
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the head of finance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Accounting or any other related qualification with two years cognate experience.
• Relevant additional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must not be older than 25 years.
