POSITION : Finance Reconciliation Officer

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop and update Mobile -Money reporting template to better analyse and benchmark data
  • Prepare and analyse monthly reporting for Monthly Performance, Review (MPR) in order to take immediate appropriate actions and solutions to meet target.
  • Ensure timely - daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation and collection of revenue from the payment gateways
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation with the mobile operators/billers from airtime/bill payments
  • Follow up/ escalate any delay in payment of agreed revenue for immediate competition.
  • Ensure that all Mobile Money Accounts (Regulatory, Operational, etc) are opened and monitored on daily basis and proofed accordingly.
  • Participate in the most projects, such as system implementations, Agent Network increase with third party, etc.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years' experience in public accounting or equivalent financial reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to interpret Financial Data from various systems and in various formats
