POSITION : Contact Centre Agent

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree (2:2)

Inexperienced:

  • Minimum Age: 24 Yrs.
  • Maximum Age: 25 Yrs.

Experienced:

  • Minimum Age: 27 Yrs.
  • Maximum Age: 29 Yrs.

Competencies & Skills

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Command of English and any other language
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Good Listening Skills
  • Team Player.
