JOB TITLE: DISPATCH OFFICER

JOB LOCATION: LAGOS

JOB DESCRIPTION
With head offices in Nigeria, Food Concepts Plc is a market leader in the West African food sector. We operate world-class, quick service restaurant (QSR) brands including 65 Chicken Republic outlets and our newest addition – Pizza Republic, as well as, Reeds – a fine-dining Thai fusion restaurant. To facilitate backward and forward integration strategies, the group also comprises Butterfield Bakery Nigeria (includes 9 plant bakeries) and Free Range Farms (a state-of-the-art poultry farm and poultry processing plant).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving initial calls
  • Entering info into the computer
  • Prioritizing calls
  • Deciding who the proper response personnel are
  • Tracking calls for the specific time of disposition
  • Communicate with all field units by radio
  • Communicating the wants and needs of the public to the proper agency or department
  • Receiving the needs of the units in the field, and then determining how to assist


QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum educational qualifications is OND
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Candidates must be Computer literate, smart and proactive
  • Be physically fit
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Be able to work on your own
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records
  • Have a mature attitude
  • Be friendly and presentable
