Culminate Consulting - Our client, a leading player in the Nigeria downstream Oil and Gas Industry, is recruiting for the below stated position:
POSITION : HSE Specialist
Job Description
- Provision of day to day HSSE advice and support,
- Development and implementation of HSSE Plans
- Conduct training and review staff understanding on incident investigations and root cause analysis,
- Develop staff ability to prepare and communicate the monthly HSE report
- Support, mentor and develop national HSSE advisor(s) in safety awareness and observation around the workplace
- Provide instruction on the appropriate provision of safety data to client and Company.
- Lead HSSE implementation during project
Qualifications
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.)
- A minimum of five (5) years working experience
- HSE knowledge and experience and advanced NEBOSH certification will be an added advantage
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook)
- Result-oriented.
- Rigorous and in a continuous personal & professional improvement process

- Good communication skills - Oral & Written
- Good organizational and planning skills
