JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: LAGOS

JOB DESCRIPTION
LionSunConsulting is a PR and corporate communication agency based in Lagos, Nigeria, specialized in consulting German and international companies operating in Nigeria as well as other parts of anglo- and francophone West Africa. The following position is vacant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering calls and handling queries.
  • Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
  • Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.
  • Writing minutes, taking dictation.
  • Planning, organizing and managing events, booking meetings.
  • Managing a budget.
  • Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
  • Preparing presentations.
  • Managing and reviewing filing and office systems, typing documents
  • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
  • Managing projects.


QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum Qualification HND
  • Required Experience Entry Level
  • Perfect skills in written English
  • Knowledge of techniques in mass communication / journalism (research a story, present a story etc)
  • Passion for social media.
  • Passion for fashion and lifestyle
