To provide first-class services to its members and meet the ever-increasing challenge of its regulatory and capacity-building roles, the Institute recently undertook a major re-engineering exercise that threw up the following vacancies in its secretariat:

JOB TITLE: DEPUTY REGISTRAR

JOB REF :ES 138

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Registrar/CEO, this executive will provide leadership for and coordinate the activities of three major divisions in the secretariat namely Membership Services Capacity Building/Certification and Learning & Development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc./HND  Master’s degree in social sciences ACIB.
  • 15 years at senior managerial/executive levels
  • Age: 40-55 years


JOB TITLE: GROUP HEAD FINANCE & CORPORATE SERVICES

JOB REF: ES142

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This executive will initiate policies and coordinate the provision of efficient services to the Institute to support its core businesses in the most cost-effective way possible.
  • Such services include finance and accounting, human resource management, general administration, information technology, corporate communication and external relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc/HND/ MSc/MBA ACCA/ACA
  • 15 years experience plus High level ICT proficiency
  • Age: 35-45 years.


JOB TITLE: HEAD CONSULTING UNIT

JOB REF: ES144

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This is a senior management position designed to provide leadership for the Institute’s consulting subsidiary.
  •  The subsidiary is expected to leverage on the goodwill of the Institute and the wide array of expertise and competencies that reside in its membership to offer value-adding professional advisory services to enterprises.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc/HND MSC/MBA  ACIB/ACCA/ACA/ACIPM
  • 5 years in any reputable consulting firm
  • Age: 29-40 years


JOB TITLE : GROUP HEAD LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT  

JOB REF: ES 141

RESPONSIBILITIES
This executive will coordinate the Institute’s efforts to provide cutting-edge training, research, strategy, learning and capacity building services and products to members all through their career. These will be in addition to library and publication services. Being a highly competitive endeavour, the search is for candidates who could develop these services as value-adding business activities that members and non-members will readily patronize.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc/HND MSc./MBA ACIB/ACCA/ACA/ACIPM
  • 15 years Experience
  • Age: 35-45 years.


JOB TTILE : HEAD BANKING SCHOOL

JON REF: ES 143

This is a senior management position created to lead and actualize one of the new initiatives of the Institute designed to provide greater opportunities to the teaming number of individuals within and outside the banking and finance industry wishing to acquire professional banking/finance qualifications. The Banking School will provide quality professional banking and finance education, training and certification.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc/HND MSc./PhD ACIB/ACCA/ACA/ACIPM.
  • 5 years working experience
  • Age:29-40 years.


JOB TITLE : HEAD ICT  

JOB REF: ES 145

REPONSIBILITIES

This manager will drive the Institute’s initiatives in leveraging every aspect of its activities with ICT, including membership services, e-learning, e-payments, on-line student registration, examinations/certification and service innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BSC/HND in ICT/Engineering Relevant Certifications
  • 5 years in Software Development, Systems Administration and Project Management
  • Age: 29-35 years


JOB TTILE : GROUP HEAD CAPACITY BUILDING/CERTIFICATION

JOB REF : ES 140

RESPONSIBILITIES
A key component of the Institute’s new drive is a total reform, driven by ICT, of its capacity building and certification/examination services, including computer-based testing, accreditation of partner institutions, development and management of institutional linkages and the introduction of a whole range of single/multiple subject certifications and licensing regime. To drive these initiatives, the Institute needs to recruit an executive with an intellectual bent and a commitment to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSC/HND MSc./MBA plus ACIB/ACCA/ACA/ACIPM.
  • 15 years working experience
  • Age:35-45 years.


JOB TITLE :GROUP HEAD MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

JOB REF :  ES 139

RESPONSILITIES

  • This individual will champion the Institute’s initiatives aimed at continually growing its membership and providing excellent care and services to members and clients.
  • Key components of these responsibilities are the development and coordination of the activities of zonal offices, the conduct of programmes, membership drives/marketing, the management of student affairs, and related matters.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc/HND ACIB or ACCA, ACA, ACIPM.
  • 15 years of experience
  • Age: 35-45 years.
