Simeon's Pivot Resources - Our client, is seeking for suitable candidate (full time) to fill the below position:

POSITION : Book Keeper/Account Officer

Job Descriptions
It includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Balancing accounts (also known as 'double book keeping')
  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue
  • Checking company bank statements
  • Preparing cash flow statements
  • Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
  • Preparing quotations
  • Preparing invoices
  • Filing Pension for PFA
  • Inventory reconciliation

Qualification/Experience/Skiils

  • At least N.D/N.C.E in Book Keeping, Accounting or related course
  • At least 1-3 years experience
  • Relevant professional qualification is an advantage but not a Must
  • Accounting skills
  • Accounts Receivables/Payables
  • General Ledger
  • Reconciliation
  • A proven knowledge in accounting software will be an advantage

Remuneration
N40,000
