Ladgroup Limited is the foremost exporter of Sheanuts in Nigeria. Ladgroup has a Vegetable Oil Processing Factory nearing completion at Ikenne-Remo in Ogun State. This factory when commissioned will ‘pioneer the value addition to Sheanuts on a commercial scale primarily for the export market providing direct and indirect employment to numerous Nigerians and contributing towards increasing the non-oil export earnings of the nation.

POSITION : Quality Control Analysts

Job Description

To conduct sampling and quality analysis on arriving raw materials, intermediate and finished products in the factory

Qualifications

First Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry/Food Technology.
A Masters’ Degree and/or Professional Qualifications will be of added advantage

Experience:

5 years post qualification experience.
Knowledge or experience working with Fats and Oils will be of added advantage

POSITION : Industrial Chemist/Quality Control Manager

Job Description

To oversee Quality Control in the Organization, analyse and certify the quality of raw materials, intermediate and finished goods in the factory

Qualifications

First Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry/Food Technology.
A Masters Degree and/or Professional Qualifications will be of added advantage

Experience:

10 years post qualification experience.
Knowledge or experience working with edible Fats and Oils is essential

POSITION : Clearing and Forwarding Manager

Job Description

To manage the export and import activities of the organization. Must be proficient in the relevant regulatory and documentary processes. Must have a thorough working knowledge of shipping, customs and port processes.
Must have knowledge on the implementation of government export incentives such as EEG, Manufacture in Bond, etc.

Qualification

University Degree;

Experience:

10 years post qualification related hands on experience

POSITION : Facility Manager

Job Description

To manage the office, cold store, warehouse complex in Lagos to ensure adequate provision of services, security and good environment to tenants; ensure optimal maintenance of facilities; resolve tenant issues; and collect agreed rents, rates, and service charges when due.

Qualifications

University Degree; Professional Qualification will be of added advantage
At least 10 years of experience in Estate Management

Experience:

10 years post qualification with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role

POSITION : Budget and Planning Controller

Job Description

To drive the organizations performance through rigorous budgeting, planning and performance management processes, forecasting and scenario analysis.
Providing crucial management information for decision making.

Qualifications

First degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or ACCA.
Experience in Agro Allied Industry and possession of MBA will be of added advantage.

Experience:

10 years post qualification with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
