Workforce Management Centre (WFMC) is a solution based business consulting firm with focus on providing solutions to help our clients bridge the gap between Strategy Development, Talent Acquisition, Strategy Execution and Organizational Performance.

POSITION : Telemarketer

Responsibilities

  • Leads generation when necessary.
  • Maintain proper prospect records.
  • Call prospects and educate them on training programmes with a view to close the sale.
  • Responding to e-mail enquiries and sending out e-mails to prospects for training products and services.
  • Prepare and send invoices to prospects.
  • Following up on prospects to ensure payment.
  • Ensure Pre-reads are sent to delegates.
  • Call delegates on training day to ensure they do not miss the class.
  • Maintain relationship with delegates before and after trainings.

Requirements

  • BSc./HND Degree in any field
  • No work experience is required
  • Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Excellent written skills
