POSITION : Internal Auditor
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of three years core banking experience or in an audit department of a financial institution / Audit Firm
- A minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any discipline(additional qualification or degree in any finance related discipline may be an advantage)
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACIB), an advantage
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks
- CIBN Micro finance Certification (Minimum of Level 1)
Requirements
All candidates should In addition possess the following attributes:
- Proven work experience as an Internal auditor
- Systems knowledge and familiarity
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgment
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
