A leading Microfinance Bank in the South- South wishes to Advertise for the position below:

POSITION : Internal Auditor

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years core banking experience or in an audit department of a financial institution / Audit Firm
  • A minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any discipline(additional qualification or degree in any finance related discipline may be an advantage)
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACIB), an advantage
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks
  • CIBN Micro finance Certification (Minimum of Level 1)

Requirements
All candidates should In addition possess the following attributes:

  • Proven work experience as an Internal auditor
  • Systems knowledge and familiarity
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Sound independent judgment
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
