POSITION : Sales & Distribution Supervisor - Wholesale/Interstate

Job Description
The ideal candidate is expected to:

• Create the framework to exploit wholesale markets within and beyond Lagos.
• Contribute to creation of market entry strategy for products.
• Mapping the national F&B sales and distribution channels.
• Building a network of distributors within and beyond Lagos
• Achieving distribution coverage and sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with distributors
• Provide critical input into product development as required
• Lead, manage and motivate sales team.
• Maintain very high discipline level among sales staff
• Provide cross-functional leadership in marketing planning and efforts

Educational Experience

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales/ Marketing with at least 3 years in supervisory level.
• Experience of the Nigeria Wholesale market- Lagos and beyond
• Experience in new consumer products launch into the Nigerian market is an advantage
