The company is looking for a Branch Manager.
Job description
* Overall management of the store operations including merchandise and customer service
* Responsible for achieving net sales objectives and targets, building highly motivated teams and developing Sales Managers
* Create staff work schedules and ensure appropriate field sales coverage using sales tools
* Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports as stipulated by the Company
The positions are based in Lagos and Abuja.
* Ensure Boutique sales targets are achieved
* Manage sale documentation process to enhance sale results
* Ensure accuracy of all records, stock checks and reports
* Providing excellent customer service and conform to laid down customer service standards
* Sourcing for new clients who have a taste for luxury
* Prepare presentation and proposals
Qualifications et experience
* Undergraduate degree preferred
* Marketing background / training
* Over 7 years of managerial experience
* A strong and confident personality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong team player
* Computer literacy(ability to use Microsoft office)
* Strategy and development
* Must exhibit strong customer service focus
* Good communication skills - Oral & Written
* Result-oriented
