POSITION : Brand/Administrative Officer
Job Description
The required individuals are expected to deliver premium online marketing services that yield obvious and measurable results.
The Brand/Administrative Officer should be passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
He/she would also supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
The Brand/Administrative Officer’s duties include:
Branding of client’s orders;
Manages external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies;
Develops brand standards and usage guidelines;
Manages schedules and deadlines;
Monitors inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with regards to budgetary constraints;
Monitors costs and expenses to assist in budget preparations;
Oversees facilities services;
Plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes;
Ensures operations adhere to policies and regulations;
Responsible for day to day running of the office.
Requirements
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix highly creative with ability to think outside the box
Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices excellent command of the English language.
B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing
Prospective applicants must have a good and defendable University degree with a minimum of second class upper division (2.1) and not more than 30 years of age.
Relevant work experience will be an added advantage
