POSITION : Team Lead- Account/Finance Personnel

Job Description: 

  • Leadership skills to drive members to perform at the required level
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholder
  • Manage client eexprctations
  • Plan, assign and review team's work
  • Oversee the daily and monthly reconciliations team and ensure necessary guidelines are followed
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparations by the team
  • Flag issues and concerns to the operations team



Minimum Qualification: 

Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting

Knowledge & Skills: 

Preferable Mininmum of 4 years of experience with vendor statement reconciliation, project accounting or Payroll reconciliation.

ERP Knowledge - SAP and Excel skills
