COMMERCIAL LEGAL MANAGER JOB VACANCY AT MTN LAGOS
JOB TITLE: COMMERCIAL LEGAL MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: LAGOS
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct due diligence in structuring of deals relating to commercial transactions
- Direct, advise and monitor interconnection agreements.
- Proactive prevention of litigation and direct litigation when required
- Draft and advise on company contracts relating to supplier agreements
- Assist in Managing litigations and disputes
- Develop and structure contractual framework
- Settle legal relationship between MTN and 3rd parties
- Job Conditions: MTN Standard working conditions May require local and international travel
- Reporting To: SM, Commercial Legal
SKILLS:
- Barrister at Law (LLB) and Bachelor of Laws (BL)
- Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience, including at least 2 years experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity
- Minimum of 5 years litigation experience and 3 years in-house Corporate Law experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in handling and negotiating diverse legal transactions
- In depth experience and understanding of the Nigerian legal and telecommunications regulatory framework
QUALIFICATION:
- Barrister at Law (LLB) and Bachelor of Laws (BL)
