COMMERCIAL LEGAL MANAGER JOB VACANCY AT MTN LAGOS

JOB TITLE: COMMERCIAL LEGAL MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: LAGOS
  
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct due diligence in structuring of deals relating to commercial transactions
  • Direct, advise and monitor interconnection agreements.
  • Proactive prevention of litigation and direct litigation when required
  • Draft and advise on company contracts relating to supplier agreements
  • Assist in Managing litigations and disputes
  • Develop and structure contractual framework
  • Settle legal relationship between MTN and 3rd parties
  • Job Conditions: MTN Standard working conditions May require local and international travel
  • Reporting To: SM, Commercial Legal

SKILLS:

  • Barrister at Law (LLB) and Bachelor of Laws (BL)
  • Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience, including at least 2 years experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity
  • Minimum of 5 years litigation experience and 3 years in-house Corporate Law experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in handling and negotiating diverse legal transactions
  • In depth experience and understanding of the Nigerian legal and telecommunications regulatory framework


QUALIFICATION:

  • Barrister at Law (LLB) and Bachelor of Laws (BL)
