Job description
You will:
Be responsible for the sourcing and delivery of (technical) engineering & project management candidates;
Work as part of the existing Recruitment Team which directly supports individual Account Managers on various customer accounts;
Utilize networking, database searching and advertisements to attract qualified candidates to Brunel;
Reviewing/assess applications and short-list candidates for interview and submission;
Negotiate employment terms and conditions relating to individual assignment;

Profile requirements:

2 – 5 years of work experience as a recruiter or recruitment consultant;
Excellent oral and written command of the English language;
Strong analytical and computer skills;
Strong communication and negotiating skills;
Driven, dedicated, resourceful, flexible and pro-active;
